Adulthood is where dreams go to die. Grow up, get a job, become a drone. That’s it. Then it’s over. Society just wants to put everyone in a box. Well, guess what, society? There is no box. ‘Cause, I mean, if I thought the rest of my life would be spent as a mindless cog in a machine, I swear, I’d just get a tattoo across my face that says: “Really, man?” I just need to figure out a way of growing up without becoming a boring adult.

Sophia Marlowe (Girlboss Season 1, Episode 1: Sophia)

silkspectred:

it’s been two years. two whole ass years. of absolutely no contact. they are not on speaking terms. the last time they saw each other it was an absolute mess of pain and loss and hurt and betrayal. it was the w o r s t .

and yet.

tony stark still carries that damn ridiculous flip phone steve sent him on his person AT ALL TIMES. he’s out on a walk and then sbam, he has it. he keeps it charged. keeps it around, close, in his pocket, in his hand. the only way he has of contacting steve, the only possibility he has of ever hearing from steve again.

steve rogers thinks of the avengers compound as home. his home. it’s the first place where he wants to go the minute he has a good excuse/reason. he’s been on the run for two years and he’s longed to go back to the compound (h o m e) this whole time. he’s fought with tony and yet he still respects him and thinks of him as earth’s b e s t defender.

i need a fucking minute.

GAMORA SPOILERS

valkyriesword:

I’m still so upset about her death. While I understand that it was needed for Thanos to get the stone and to try and show a different side of thanos, it doesn’t change how much it hurts.

She deserved a better death than finding out all along she really was Thanos favourite and he cared about her. She deserved better then dying because a man that she hated needed her to complete his mission. I could of accepted that she might of died on knowwhere because she was actually trying to kill thanos but to have her death the way it was didn’t feel right to me. This could be because she was a character I hadn’t even expected to die.

Gamora death deserved to be more then just a way to make Thanos appear more human by grieving her.
